When did Microsoft trash all their old knowledgebase articles?

Welcome to the "information written in sand" Internet!

At any rate, I can get the page via archive.org, with a little fancy footwork. See attached file.

The thing is that MS has some clever script there that shows the original content when accessed by archive.org, then immediately overwrites it with a do-nothing page of garbage. So I copied the archive.org URL and did a wget (which knows nothing of scripting) to get the original content.

Sometimes ya gotta get tricky.
