The real funny thing is that not all CRTs have prominent scan lines. So thinking that having thick visible black lines is part of all the CRTs experience is just being misinformed

It’s easy for you to say, you have superior Rare Retro Gaming Sony Trinitron Monitor! Of course it has scan lines unlike some peasant ViewSonic.
