TANTAKR has separate 8086 and 286 versions, the latter of which can also run on the NEC V30.

While TANTRAKR was an achievement for its day, the two modplayers I linked to earlier greatly outperform it in terms of speed. So if you have a supported soundcard, those are better options due to the higher output quality.
