willing to buy Xerox Alto! please help!

Hi, I am currently working for a computer museum in Korea.
We have about 6600 artifacts including computer, computer related devices and video game items.
We also have apple 1 computer (yes, one of 6 that is still operational).
my next project is obtaining Xerox Alto.
Can somebody please give me an idea where or how to get it?
I am getting help from Computer History Museum for replication, but I still prefer to purchase one.

Nobody has seen an Alto in the wild for a long, long, LONG time. Whatever machines remain were acquired through asset reclaimation or string pulling with Xerox/retired Xerox employees.

Back in 2010, a Xerox Alto sold on Ebay for $30,000.

Wow. That's actually surprisingly sad given the prices of the Apple I these days and how the Alto is historically a more significant machine.

The last two I sold went to LCM, and they went for too little given what a PITA they are to restore.

Last I heard theirs had broken down again.
