Little status update:
1. AM1400 running great with the SCSI->SD 5.0 card...
2. I ordered another card from the inertial computing - they're newest ZULU 1.1 board that is the next generation SCSI->SD... I hope to use it to get the AM1200 up and running.
3. I popped the Boot Proms out of the AM1400 and copied them to disk, so I have them backed up.
4. While they were out, i tried them in the AM1200, to see if they'd boot the SCSI2SD, but only got an "FF" on the status. No self-test, nada.
5. I noted that the AM1400 PROMs are AMD2764, while the AM1200s are AMD27C64...
6. I was unable to read the AM1200 Proms in my prom reader... kept getting a chip ID error. I'd like to back them up, and will try again when I have more time.
7. I ordered some 2764 blank proms to make copies of everything.
I'm assuming at this point that the am1200 won't run on Am1400 Proms... so if you have saved prom files for the 1200 that would boot a SCSI2SD drive, I'd love to try 'em!
