I had one of those when they were current. I used it to program an EPROM for the Model I so that it would boot into a machine language program that lived in the memory hole. The program controlled the plug n power interface with several X-10 modules I had for lights and appliances. Sadly, all that hardware and the software are long gone. It was a lot of fun back then. The Model I was on a time switch and so I modified the boot section of ROM and added 2716 (I think) with my control software.
