My name is Jürgen and I live in Germany.

I found this suite on the internet and because I’m a collector of vintage computer I was thinking it could be a good idea to register here.

And, some times I have good ideas.

Oh, many thanks for the friendly greeting. I hope it one of my good ideas to hand a gift to you and the members here, a little vintage computer. Thus only to it is there for all enough:)

Nice! Did you program the emulator yourself?

Yes I did.
At some times and if I have nothing to do else I do such development for fun.

But this emulator is not finished yet. I’m still working on it but at the moment there is no really time and pleasure for finishing it (It is summer time, to many nice girls on the road. )

So it is hopefully a nice tool for demonstration purpose of this portable.

Jurgen,

I was looking at your awesome calculator collection and I must say, very nice.
I collected calculators a while back, until somebody paid me more than I could refuse for them
My favorite was the Pico red display, here is a picture of it.
Do you have any Pico models?

Indeed, they are some of my favorites, I actually carried one of these when I worked on networks, the single AA battery lasts an abnormally long amount of time..

Yes, it is really a nice and small pocket calculator und the colour of the display looks fantastically. I saw such coloured LEDs Display before only on the SINCLEAR Cambridge Scientific shown on the attached picture.

May be you mean this (attached) CBM Calculator ? But it has a normal red LED Display.

But of course, red coloured LEDs is not seldom but the Sinclair and also the PICO has a more violet or blue-red colour than the normal red LED Displays have.

Mfg.

PS: What is the Clock now at your location? May local time is now 2:00 PM and it is pitch black outside.
