Hobart really? Im pretty familiar with the giant hobart mixers (basically giant kitchenaids)

I used to make pizza sauce at a pizza shop sometimes and they had huge Hobart mixers for that and making pizza dough (in the late 80's).

I liked the linked video on how he restored the cheese cutter. What I am wondering is how much that would have cost the owner to do and will it end up being used or just an ornament.

The name Hobart is familiar. I worked in a small grocery store growing up and I know there were some Hobart stuff there, but I can't recall what.
