This is the raw data from the IBM ESDI controller (
https://www.ardent-tool.com/storage/ESDI.html) on the Model 60 and 80 - which I initially gained versioning by dumping the microcode ROM from the adapter directly. The results here are interesting in that the microcode version is prepared with ASCII encoding for display. The external ROM FRU is listed, with the internal FRU and date of the ROM:
