In search of RK05 rack caddy

Now that my 11/45 is up and running, I could really make good use of an RK05 rack storage caddy, as seen in the attached pic on a PDP-8. Does anybody have one of these they'd be willing to sell, or at least know the DEC part number so I could look for drawings?

There seem to have been two styles -- one with the wire wings, as seen here, and one with sheet metal wings. I'm supposing I may end up needing to fab something myself, unless these are less rare in the world than I suspect (I haven't ever seen any go by on eBay for example?)

I've seen a couple of them but only in other people's possession. If you're having one fabricated, I'd be interested in piggy-backing on the order. Please keep me informed.

Not that I have any for sale, but the two variants I've seen are the ones with wires, and the other style seemed to just be sturdy plastic, if I remember right. No metal.

I have the "other" version. It definitely feels like metal to the touch.
