The front panel of my Octane 2 was destroyed in-transit like that. Fortunately it was "only" the door flap, rather than the whole panel, but still, that's painful to look at.

With mine, I'm fairly sure it was dropped on it's front during shipping and the weight just smashed it in.

Meh, that's pretty tame and easier to fix than other jobs I've seen for Indigos.

I'd still make an insurance claim though.
