Got a project on the go... need to make my own ISA bus extender.
Anyone have one or two of those 62 pin connectors they could part with?
thanks in advance.
These seem to be a bit hard to find at a reasonable price...

I ran across a bag of those Motherboard ISA connectors. The ones I have have two sections,
and I suspect they are 16 bit types. They are NEW and I have no clue as to what I
paid for them. I'll have to look for them as they were put into storage tubs.

I did not see the 62 pin edge connectors actually. I suppose I could use a longer connector and just not connect some signals?
ah I see - you gotta read the catalog! nice.
...and in doing more reading I see they don't ship to Canada. darn.

Ugh. I guess if worse comes to worse ping me and maybe I can see if I can pick up a few for you. They nailed me on customs the last time I shipped something "electronic" to Canada (a blank PCB and a couple chips), maybe I can hide them inside a book if that's cheaper.

I hate to suggest it because it's the devil, but have you checked AliExpress?

I got a bunch of them from AliExpress recently from "Shop5796293", since I was building a 10-slot board. They seemed to be about the cheapest out-the-door for the ones I needed (10 x 62 pin, plus a packet of 16-pin ones used for other things).

They're reasonably well built-- one of them was off alignment enough that when I tried to ram it into the PCB, one of the pins popped out, but it slid back in just fine. I suspect the way they're shipped-- anchored into foam, but then shrink-wrapped aggressively-- does not fully prevent against shipping bumps. The socket pins are brassy coloured, probably to pretend they're gold, but I doubt it at $3.50 for 5.
