That is true. I got this unit with a badly damaged keyboard and with some missing keys. I'm just happy to have a spare keyboard thanks to @Valerio and this awesome project!

Most of the M21 keyboards are damaged. The housing has construction faults.

Another idea: Missing keys can be used from any other M24/6300 keyboard. The mechanical switch modules are the same. You only need to find someone with a broken keyboard who can share single keys and switches with you.

Hello, I've just registered because I'm interested to assemble a working kit of this project but as brand new member I cannot send privately request to Valerio or every other user that was able to get the pcb and assemble it so, If someone would be so kind to help me I will be thankful for every answer or private message.
I'm also worried because Valerio's last activities in this forum date back to 2020 so I hope he's still fine
