Reference diskette for Memorex Telex 7270 microchannel system (Olivetti P700)

Folks, someone pinged me, looking for a refdisk for a Memorex Telex 7270.

Sure, buddy, anything else....

BUT after some searching on Al Gore's internet, I found the Olivetti P700 is an OEM...

You could try https://archividigitaliolivetti.archiviostoricolivetti.it/ricerca/ to see it they might have a copy of it in their archive.
But you will likely have to send a couple of blank disks and pay some funds for it.

There is other companies' reference disk for systems with MCA bus, but I don't know what chip set it is using or who's BIOS
firmware this machine has. So, real IBM PS/2 Reference disk may not work. http://ibmfiles.com/ps2disketteimages.htm

If the system has a Phoenix Technologies BIOS Firmware, then if you can find a copy of their MCA setup/diagnostic disk that should do it (, more or less).

Tandy Corporation 5000 MC, NCR Corporation's PC division . A small number of other manufacturers, including Apricot, Dell, Research Machines, and Olivetti adopted it, but only for part of their PC range. Any one of their diskettes for a MCA system might work, if the chip set is the same and the BIOS firmware is close to what the setup/configure/diagnostic diskette wants.
The MCA setup/diagnostic disk for the Amstrad X386 with MCA bus might also work, other than the video and other incompatible hardware.

Memorex Telex 7270 Olivetti P700-100 is an unknown model clone of an IBM ps/2 model?
The old Intel MCA chipset utilities disk might work, if it is using an Intel MCA bus chipset.
Could be NCR Microelectronics MCA chipset compatible. (But I doubt this is one that used it)

Sorry I can't be of much help with locating the disk. But may be another reader of this message can be.
To use any MCA cards, you will need their ADF files in order to configure/re-configure them.

https://ardent-tool.com/utils/#SIT has some Utilities and drivers, System Information tools that you can download for free.
As far as a compatible Mitac MPS3000F ref/setup disk I have noted about it in the other message I have already posted.
You might have to do some online digging to find a compatible ref/setup disk if nobody else post any other help.

I tryed the P500 and it work! Now HDD is recognized and work!
