TI TravelMate 3000 restoration

Hi, does anyone know the part number of the screen for this model?

I have the Sharp counterpart (PC-6600) of the TI 3000 and in need of a new display.

Pc6220 is a travelmate 2000.
The service manual is at minus zero.
Could be the same screen.
