TRS-80 Trash Talk Podcast

We’ve just published Episode 5 of the TRS-80 Trash Talk podcast. In this episode, we focus on the Big Five Software company and it’s significant role in the history of the TRS-80. We interview Big Five’s founder and programmer of most of it’s games, Bill Hogue. We also talk to Arthur Gleckler who was the author of the last TRS-80 game published by Big Five, Weerd. Finally, the Trash Talkers engage in a retro gaming session by playing and evaluating many of Big Five’s games. It was a lot of fun to record and we hope you enjoy listening.

Hello Pete

I would like to take part in the next podcast, when is it and how do i link up please.
I'm based in the UK.

Cheers :)

That's great! We probably won't record another show for 3 or so weeks, but depending on what you want to contribute, maybe we can record a segment sooner. Do you have something of interest to share with the TRS-80 community?

Cheers Pete..

Well Mav does call me his secret weapon lol...

I represent the UK scene along with Dusty i suppose, i have undertaken so many repairs for uk and EU users, would be nice to share some of that and maybe help callers with techy questions.

Bas :)

I get the impression that Mav is starting to think about 3D printing, and that could be exciting for all of us!

Episode 11 has just been published!

Join Pete C. and Mav as we welcome guest Trash Talkers Neil Blanchard and Mike Rowen to the show. We discuss a lot of TRS-80 news and current events, including the creation of a new Tandy focused retro computing event...Tandy Assembly...which will take place October 2017 in Chillicothe, OH. Then we have a segment on what you need to do when pulling your old TRS-80s out of the attic, basement, closet...wherever. Enjoy!
