I think there is a 75% chance I can make it this year. Lord willing!
I have made a list of things to do:
https://www.glensideccc.com/cocofest-chicago-area-attractions-and-thing-to-do/
Leaning Tower YMCA closed, not sure if the tower is still there.
Museum of Broadcast Communications closed, went into storage without a new location,
Oriental Institute has a new politically correct name... Institute for the Study of Ancient Cultures
There is a Micro Center in Chicago too, unless it just closed.
Trolley Museum in South Elgin
East Troy Trolley Museum
I have a list of places to eat (It is not the best list, but it is the best I can do on short notice, feel free to make your own list):

The problem is there is not enough parking and if you go somewhere to eat on Saturday then you are going to lose your parking space.
Ideas:
1) Take a limousine/cab/uber to the festival.
2) Plan 9 from Outer Space. See note 1 below.
3) Bring a bagged lunch
4) Eat at the hotel
5) Order out to get your lunch
6) Risk losing your parking space
7) Walk to lunch
8) Make enough bagged lunches for ten people and sell the bagged lunches to others. Let's go retro like 33 AD. Let us have two fish and five loaves of bread.
Where to eat lunch...

Parking idea:
Note 1) Plan 9 from Outer Space
You can park at the Walmart Supercenter in Elmhurst and have someone drive you to the Waterford Banquet. Or you can walk. It is only a 13-minute walk one way. Or you can ride a bike. It is only a 3-minute bike ride.
Bring a lunch, ride with a friend to lunch, order out, eat at the hotel, or fast for part of the day.
