Perhaps download a schematic for the willem eprom programmer? That could answer a lot of questions I would think.

    Model 100 "Flashing screen"

No, it is your internal-5v power supply. You need to recap your M100 to get stable power supplies again. Very common problem. Also, your caps will probably have leaked with some degree of board damage. Maybe no damage but usually some.

8087 on 8088 motherboard that have no socket for it

For upgrades like this, where the host pc was never intended to support 8087 and no support for hardware fault exists, is there a concern? On my Z171, I also added an 8087 and got it to work but I'm not sure if there isna problem with doing so.

Toshiba T1200 internal power supply issues

I think what you want to focus on is the motherboard. How does this psu connect to it. What pins are what rails. That psu looks pretty disassembled!

Toshiba T1200 internal power supply issues

What model computer? Can you post hi res photos of the psu? I think if you know which rails are which, and the voltages, then you should be able to isolate the psu and supply with all external rails. Power supply sync might be a concern on power up?

8087 on 8088 motherboard that have no socket for it

I think if you had hardware to manage the fault condition that would need bios. My old Z 171 just ran as expected with no bios change.
