Replies and postings in moderation?

When I post a reply, I get the "your post is awaiting moderation" message. Do I have to make a certain number of posts, say, 38,000, before the message goes away?

EDIT: This is a test edit.

EDIT2: And the “search button” is also visible now I have logged in as well. Another nit squashed. You have been busy.

It seems easier to “fix” issues with this software than the last. Is that due to the software or the familiarity you have gained with it prior to the switch-over?
